Project
The GLS Group after the more than excellent closure of the year 2019, has decided to invest in Southern Italy by opening new and strategic subsidiaries. The project that sees the collaboration of Archei and one of the most important logistics groups in Europe, owned by the British Royal Mail, concerns the construction of a new headquarters in the heart of the city of Naples, in Via Ferrante Imparato.
The new headquarters will extend over an area of about 9500 square meters, 1500 of which are dedicated to offices. A project of high architectural level, as can be seen from the various works in which Archei takes part.
The end of the works of the new headquarters is scheduled for September 2020.

Work
For this project Archei will be responsible for the realization of facades, TT aluminium windows and doors for both the shed and the offices of the shed, Alucobond cladding and the entrance portal.

Project
The realization sees the redevelopment of a building that was occupied for warehouse use, between Via Beatrice D'Este and Viale Bligny in Milan: a point in the city of Milan left unresolved for a long time. The very narrow lot has been converted into a very respectable residential building, finding space solutions with a very particular jutting modular construction. 

This architectural solution breaks into the early twentieth century style of the adjacent buildings, and offers on 7 floors, spacious and bright residential units with outdoor spaces on the roof. A combination of modernity, technology and essentiality.

For this project Archei has supplied glass parapets and SCHUCO skylights in aluminium and glass.

Project 
The construction of the new hotel in Milan in Via Noè, started in November 2019, foresees the construction not of a common hotel, but of a new idea of space. The "21WOL" project focuses on a new and smart idea of space sharing: everything revolves around the concept of homefeeling, helped by the comfort of design and new living technologies. 

Work
For this intervention Archei has designed steel frames, fixed fireproof glazing, glass parapets and automatic sliding doors. In addition Archei realized the automatic door for the hotel entrance. Peculiarities of this building site are the internal Eigo glass windows inserted in a double internal volume.

Project
Work started in 2015 and was completed in 2018. It is a modern installation inside the Parco delle Groane in the northern suburbs of Milan. The project involves the construction of a restaurant and also includes the Pedavena brewery.
It is a construction that wants to highlight nature, thanks to the use of materials such as wood, which is the protagonist for this site, and glass to illuminate the interior spaces as much as possible with natural light.  A new, modern and avant-garde structure that comes from the redevelopment of a now decadent building, creating a perfect balance between nature, materials and landscape, in a space of about 7,000 square meters.

Work
For this intervention Archei has realized all the SHUCO windows and facades, in particular "full height" windows both in the restaurant and in the brewery area. He also realized doors with coplanar panel, entrance compasses and veranda in the facade with the addition of sliding doors on the inner courtyard.

Project:
The project consists in the construction of the University Hospital of Parma.
A highly specialized hospital offering diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation services, among the most numerous in the Emilia-Romagna region. 

Work:
For this project ARCHEI has installed Alucobond/plate coverings and aluminium windows and doors.

Project:
The realization of the EXPO 2015 has as its protagonist the South Korean pavilion.
The shape recalls the lines of the traditional ceramic vase "Moon Jar" inspired by the shape of the full moon.

For this project ARCHEI supplied and installed aluminium interior doors and curtain walls.

Project: 
Gramercy Park is a quiet, well-off residential neighborhood. It is characterized by, luxury condos, elegant hotels on tree-lined avenues and trendy restaurants.
At the heart of the neighborhood is a private enclosed park. The former hospital, which has now been converted into a residential one, will be renovated and upgraded.

Continuing with the ARCHEI brand projects in the Gramcery Park district of the United States, the project involves the completion of the residential buildings, with building E.

Project:
Isola10 is the conversion of an office building for residential use in the city of Milan.
The project involves a profound aesthetic transformation of the architecture, while maintaining the perimeter and the supporting structure unchanged. 

Work:
For this project ARCHEI supplied windows and doors for the entire Isola10 building, folding and sliding aluminium shutters and aluminium cladding.

Project: 
The project involves the renovation of an entire building in the Bronx district of New York: now used as a prestigious residential building.

Work:
For these projects ARCHEI has created curtain walls for the ground floor, sliding and hinged aluminium windows for the upper floors.

Project:
The project involves a residential building, surrounded by greenery, in the heart of the city of Milan. Cutting-edge project, designed with the use of smart technologies such as home automation, geothermal heating and cooling system, photovoltaic panels and the facade "eat smog".

Work: 
For this project ARCHEI has designed, produced and installed aluminium doors and windows and sliding doors, curtain walls.
Construction site opened in 2017, work ended in December 2019.
